Grappa from Barolo Enrico VI

Made from a selection of Nebbiolo marc from Barolo produced at the ENRICO VI vineyard in Castiglione Falletto.

It is obtained through a bain marie intermittent procedure and it is left to settle in small barrels for about four years.

It is of a quite intense and bright amber colour. Its bouquet is ample, rich and marked (vanilla and toasted hazelnut).

Warm and full bodied, it’s got a distinctive character and an elegant and soft palate.

Distilled by Distilleria S. Teresa F.lli Marolo, Alba.

Presented in a modern, single bottle box, it is also perfect as a gift.
